1. What Mon Beau Miroir is

Mon Beau Miroir lets you upload one photo of yourself and receive honest scores from other members, with optional per-detail scores (eyes, jawline, fashion, and more) that stay private to you unless you choose to share them. Honest opinions can sting. Only use the service if you are comfortable receiving them.

2. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old. We remove accounts and photos belonging to minors as soon as we become aware of them, and we may ask for proof of age.

3. Your photo

Your photo must be a real, recent photo of you. Not someone else, not AI-generated, not a public figure. No nudity, no minors anywhere in the frame, no offensive content. You keep ownership of your photo; by uploading it you give us permission to store it and show it to members so they can rate it. Every photo is reviewed by our team before it becomes visible — we email you when it enters review and when it goes live — and you can replace or remove it at any time.

4. About you

Before you can rate others, we ask once for the gender you were born with and your birth month and year. We use this to verify you are an adult and to build the rating statistics described below. These answers are locked after you save them, so give them truthfully — contact us if you made a genuine mistake.

5. Behaviour

Be kind. Harassment, hate, threats, sexual messages, spam, or attempts to identify or contact members outside the app against their will lead to removal. Ratings are opinions; using the service to bully someone is not tolerated. You can report any photo or message from inside the app.

6. Paid features

Prices are in US dollars, taxes included, always shown before you pay. There are no free trials. The current paid features are:

• Single Message Pass — $1.99. Send this one message.
• 15-Minute Inbox Pass — $1.99. Read everything you've received for the next 15 minutes.
• Gender Split Reveal — $1.99. One look at how men vs. women rate you.
• Priority Pass — $1.99. Move your approved photo to the priority queue for one rating.
• All Access Monthly — $7.99/month. Send and read with fair-use abuse protection. Cancel anytime.
• All Access Annual — $59/year. Our best price — close to 2 months free vs monthly.

Because these are digital services delivered immediately, you will be asked to waive your 14-day EU withdrawal right at purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in the billing portal and remain active until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

7. Staff and moderation

Our administrators review photos, handle reports, and may message you directly about your account or content. Messages from administrators are always free to read and are marked with a green badge. Administrators will never ask for your password or payment details in a message.

8. Our role and limits

We provide the platform, not the opinions. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. The service is provided as-is to the extent the law allows.

9. Leaving

Delete your account whenever you want; your photo and ratings go with it — email mbm.bereytapps@gmail.com and we will process it. We can terminate accounts that break these terms.
